- Medically and mentally stable
- Primary diagnosis of chemical dependency
- If pregnant, due date must be a minimum of three months after anticipated discharge date
- Interview required if not referred by state agency
- Appointment required (scheduled, Monday through Thursday, 9a.m. – 2p.m.)

- Prescription medications must be labeled by a licensed pharmacy
- All prescriptions and over the counter medications are secured and made available according to state regulations
- Only one earring per earlobe is permitted
- Other body piercing rings or studs cannot be worn
- Excessive earrings are prohibited
- While in treatment, no new body piercing or tattoos
- The purchase of energy drinks is not allowed
